Quote

Today, when the Father speaks, let His voice be louder than all others and let His words be the strength for your day. His words are powerful! His words are fulfilling, they won’t return to Him void! His words are the truth! His words are life! And, His words are forever. Believe what the Father speaks over your life more than any other voice.

The Battle for Truth

Run With It

God loves us so much, he sent his Son Jesus Christ to die on a cross for our sins so we could be free from eternal punishment in hell; free from slavery to sin day-to-day; and free to walk in daily fellowship with him, listening to him, and doing what he teaches us (see John 9:23-25). Yet, many people who profess his name do not give God the honor due his name. They do not show him proper respect.

Even many of the leaders in our churches show contempt for his name. How do they do this? They do this through teaching a false gospel absent of the cross, i.e. absent of death to sin and obedience to Christ’s commands. They also do this through empty praise and worship to God, for truly they are followers of humankind more than they are followers of Christ, and they live to please…

Happy New Year…

Along Life's Path...

Photo:Hammond Coates Photo:Hammond Coates

(an acrostic prayer)

Holy Father, giver of grace, the one who forgives and the holder of all time, we come in this time to worship You!
Approaching Your altar of mercy, we bow in humility and adoration with thanksgiving for Your love that bids us come and worship, O God.
Pour out Your cleansing water on us today, Father. Make us acceptable in Your sight, through the blood of Your Son, Jesus.
Pursue us, Father, in Your grace, for sometimes we run from You because we are so ashamed and we cannot comprehend a love like Yours.
You make all things new, Father, even this time we call minutes, hours, days, months and years. Make us new to fit the newness we find in You.

New, this span of time we call New Year, is a time we would draw nearer to You, O God. May we indeed…

A Watchman’s Message For Christians

I Am Not Ashamed Of The Gospel Of Christ!

image

I went to bed last night with a heavy heart.  Asking God many questions about my personal life, America,the world and the persecuted.  Praying intently I fell asleep.  I was awakened later with “READ HEBREWS 22.”
I didn’t understand until I did an on-line search for Hebrews 22.  This is what came up.  God is calling us back to Him in this time of tribulation and falling away.
Hebrews 10:22
22 let us draw near to God with a sincere heart and with the full assurance that faith brings, having our hearts sprinkled to cleanse us from a guilty conscience and having our bodies washed with pure water.23 Let us hold unswervingly to the hope we profess, for he who promised is faithful.

Unless we draw near to God we won’t survive what’s coming upon the earth.
It’s time to come back to God!

After sharing this post, I felt the whole chapter to…

Seeking Salvation ~ Verses

REPENT

The words I write,
I do believe
and it is my prayer
that you will receive.

The message I have,
to say and tell
is the difference between
heaven and hell!

Now for some,
this may seem stern
but God wants me to share
with you my concern.

So heed my words,
and listen to my advice
so you don’t pay
with eternities price.

Repent right now,
of your sin
and in your heart
invite Jesus in.

Get on your knees,
ask God to forgive
then in your soul
His Spirit will live!

Lift up your hands,
give praise to our Lord
then walk in His ways
and sin no more!

~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Acts 3:19
 “Repent therefore and be converted, that
your sins may be blotted out, so that times of
refreshing may come from the presence of
the Lord”
Seeking Joy ~ Verses
A Simple, Easy, Joy
A simple, easy joy,
a feeling full of bliss
an elation that I feel
a wonder not to miss.
A simple, calming feeling,
a happiness inside me
a serenity deep within
a heart full of glee.
A simple, warming feeling,
a joyfulness all around
a delight in every way
a tranquility to be found.
A simple, easy joy,
a feeling like no other kind,
a gladness when His peace
fills my heart and mind!
Seeking Hope ~ Verses
MY HOPE
My hope doesn’t disappoint,
it never lets me down.
My hope I can count on,
I know it’s always around.
My hope fills me with stillness,
it brings calmness and peace.
My hope is everlasting,
for it will never cease.
My hope is perpetual
forever it goes on.
My hope is never-ending
it will never be gone .
My hope fills me with power
it is real and steadfast.
My hope is in the Lord Jesus,
it eternally lasts.
My hope has no real measure,
it can’t be tied or bound.
My hope is inexhaustible,
it can always be found.
My hope is in the promise,
that I found in His Word.
My hope is my salvation,
from the truth I’ve heard.
