Seeking Hope ~ Verses

MY HOPE

My hope doesn’t disappoint,
it never lets me down.
My hope I can count on,
I know it’s always around.

My hope fills me with stillness,
it brings calmness and peace.
My hope is everlasting,
for it will never cease.

My hope is perpetual
forever it goes on.
My hope is never-ending
it will never be gone .

My hope fills me with power
it is real and steadfast.
My hope is in the Lord Jesus,
it eternally lasts.

My hope has no real measure,
it can’t be tied or bound.
My hope is inexhaustible,
it can always be found.

My hope is in the promise,
that I found in His Word.
My hope is my salvation,
from the truth I’ve heard.

Seeking Strength ~ Verses

Lord, my strength isn’t in my bones,
for they are weak and too frail
my strength is in the knowledge
You are the wind beneath my sail.

My strength does not come,
from anything that I can do
for I have very little power
if it does not come from You.

My strength cannot be found,
by going to the gym or the spa
my strength is when I surrender
and exercise to You my holy awe.

My strength is thin and feeble,
and sometimes I cannot stand
but when I partner up with You
my muscle is in Your right hand.

My strength won’t move mountains,
unless my faith in You is right
but I can walk on the darkest sea
when I am lead by Your light.

My strength will not measure up,
when compared to Your own
my burdens are just too heavy
not to leave them at Your throne!
